By accessing and using the PinAuro service ("Service") operated at https://pinauro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

PinAuro is an automated Pinterest pin sharing service that enables users to:

• Connect RSS feeds or API endpoints to fetch blog content
• Automatically generate SEO-optimized titles and descriptions using AI services
• Create images for pins using AI image generation services
• Schedule and publish pins to Pinterest boards via Pinterest API
• Manage and track pin performance and analytics

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information remains current

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to violate laws or regulations
• Infringe upon others' intellectual property rights
• Transmit, send, or share illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, or offensive content
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or to harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Share or distribute your account credentials with others
• Use the Service in a manner that violates Pinterest's Terms of Service or API policies

5. Third-Party Services and APIs

Our Service is integrated with third-party services including, but not limited to:

• Pinterest API: To publish pins to your Pinterest boards. You must comply with Pinterest's Terms of Service and API policies.
• OpenAI: To generate SEO-optimized content. Subject to OpenAI's Terms of Service.
• Ideogram: To generate images. Subject to Ideogram's Terms of Service.
• Supabase: For database and authentication services. Subject to Supabase's Terms of Service.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (including blog posts, images, pin data). By using the Service, you grant us the following license:

• To process, store, and transmit your content to provide the Service
• To share your content with third-party services (Pinterest, AI services) to the extent necessary to provide the Service
• To use your content to create pins, images, and other Service features

6.2. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI services (titles, descriptions, images) is created using third-party AI services. It is your responsibility to review and ensure that AI-generated content complies with laws and does not infringe upon others' rights.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available. The Service may be unavailable for the following reasons:

• Planned maintenance or updates
• Technical issues or failures
• Third-party service outages (Pinterest, OpenAI, etc.)
• Force majeure events

8. Fees and Payment

The Service may currently be offered free of charge or through subscription plans. We reserve the right to:

• Change our pricing at any time
• Offer different pricing tiers or plans
• Discontinue free services and require payment

If you use a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

Our total liability arising from or related to any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the Service.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change is at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
